Meet Justin Bollinger
Justin Bollinger, a proud Idaho native, is a dedicated family man and an ambitious entrepreneur. He married his high school sweetheart, who set aside her nursing career to help build their excavation business. Together, they also launched a trucking company, Material Movers, which she now manages selflessly without taking a paycheck.
Justin’s journey in the construction industry began during high school, where he worked with Western Roofing. After graduation, he joined Superior Construction, honing his skills over six years building roads across the Treasure Valley. He then spent three years with Knife River, contributing to highway and airport projects across Idaho. Upon returning to the Treasure Valley, Justin played a key role in growing C & A Paving during his six years there. Eventually, he returned to Superior Construction, where he worked until he decided to start his own excavation company, encouraged by his mentors at Superior Construction.
Outside of work, Justin treasures his time with his family. He and his wife are proud parents of two children. Their daughter, Halle, is set to graduate high school this spring with an Associate’s Degree and has been accepted into multiple colleges, though she’s still deciding where to attend. A devoted churchgoer, Halle recently inspired Justin to join her at Sunday services.
Their son, Cash, is a passionate motocross rider who trains with a professional team at ClubMX, in South Carolina. Justin and his family frequently travel to support Cash at competitions across the country. Working on and building bikes has been a bonding activity for Justin and his son for years.
Family is at the heart of Justin’s life. Whether it’s spending time with his wife and kids, traveling for motocross events, or gathering with his extended family—including parents, in-laws, nieces, and nephews—Justin is happiest when surrounded by loved ones. His commitment to his family and his work reflects his values of hard work, passion, and togetherness.
